Expertly crafted in Mehun-sur-Yevre, France; Pillivuyt has been perfecting the art of porcelain-making for over 200 years.
Made from materials sourced in France and greater Europe, each dish is crafted with care and fired at 2550 degrees Fahrenheit resulting in porcelain that is of the highest quality.
Pillivuyt's extraordinarily hard glaze is resistant to chipping, scratching, cracking and crazing.
Pillivuyt products can be used safely in the oven (up to 550 degrees F), freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
Pillivuyt porcelain is thermal-shock resistant and can be safely transferred from the freezer to a hot oven.
When it's time for clean-up, a simple soak and scrub will do the trick.
All orders ship from our US warehouse in Atlanta, Georgia.
Please allow 3-4 business days for processing + preparing your order, and 2-4 days transit time depending on your location.
Standard shipping rates start at $16 and are scaled based on the value of your order. Most orders ship UPS Ground.
Free standard shipping is available on orders $250+ delivered within the US starting January 16, 2023. Use code FREESHIP at checkout. Discount may not be combined with other offers. Sorry, if code is not used at checkout, the discount cannot be retroactively applied.
Expedited shipping can be accommodated by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 952-474-4016 before placing your order. Expedited shipping incurs an additional fee regardless of the size of the order.
Shipping to Canada
IMPORTANT: We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. You may be contacted by the carrier and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Most orders to Canada ship via US Postal Service with final delivery by Canada Post. Please allow up to 14 days for customs clearance and final delivery. Canada Post will attempt delivery one time. If they are unable to deliver your package, it will be held at your local post office for pick up for approximately 10 days. Details on your shipment can be obtained by entering your tracking number on Canada Post's website.
We do our best to ensure that your porcelain arrives in perfect condition. Cardboard and brown paper can be put in your curbside recycling bins. Bubble wrap and foam sheeting can be dropped off at national retail stores that have plastic bag recycling programs such as Target and Walmart. Look for the plastic bag recycling bins near the front of the store.

If you are not satisfied with your order, we can accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
A $25.00 restocking fee applies to all returns.

- After receiving a confirmation email from us with RMA number, returns can be shipped back to our warehouse:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping. Send tracking information to email@example.com so we can monitor the status of your return shipment and issue refunds in a timely manner. Refunds cannot be issued if the return tracking information is not provided.
- Once the product has been received in new, unused condition, we will issue a refund less the $25.00 restocking fee.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds cannot be issued for:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after the date of purchase.
- Any item returned without providing tracking information to firstname.lastname@example.org.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Items are guaranteed to be free from major manufacturing defect or damage caused during shipping within 30 days of purchase. If your items appear defective or damaged upon receipt, please email photos and a description of the defects or damages along with your order number to email@example.com.
For damaged items, photos of the item with its original inner and outer packaging material is needed.
After evaluation, a replacement may be shipped, or a refund for the damaged/defective item(s) may be issued via your original form of payment.

Terms & Conditions
The purchase of a product is the sole responsibility of the customer. It is up to the customer to ensure, before any order, that the product corresponds to their expectations per the item description, such as: quantity, materials, use, dimensions, capacity, etc.
Pillivuyt can in no way be held responsible for errors in data entry by the customer, nor for their possible consequences, in particular delays or errors in delivery. In the event a package is returned to sender for incorrect address, the order will be reshipped at the customer's expense or refunded to the customer less the original shipping costs.
Should the customer wish to cancel or correct an error on their order, such as shipping address or items ordered, they must email their request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Pillivuyt does not guarantee that any cancellations or changes can be made to an order once the customer has completed the checkout process, in which case the customer is subject to Pillivuyt's Return Policy.
The customer is required to check the condition of the products delivered and to refuse the package in the event of apparent damage to the package. The customer has a period of 30 days from purchase to notify Pillivuyt of damage or major defect by emailing supporting details and photos to email@example.com. For damaged items, photos of the item with its original inner and outer packaging material is needed. After this period, and failing to comply with these formalities, the products will be deemed to be compliant and free from any apparent defect or damage and no claim can be accepted.
Orders will be processed promptly within 2-4 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding major US holidays).
Products will be free from major defect or damage upon delivery.
Products are of first quality unless otherwise noted.
Pillivuyt strives for perfection, and most dishes come very close to this standard. Pillivuyt products are hand-crafted and minor imperfections are normal. Flawless dishes cannot be 100% guaranteed considering the production process needs the natural elements of earth materials, firing at 2550 degrees, and human craftsmanship; meaning not every aspect can be 100% under control. Being mindful of valuable resources and the impact on the planet, Pillivuyt does not reject and waste all items that have gone through such a lengthy process and show only minimal flaws.
The digital photographs of the products appearing on pillivuytshop.com are as faithful as possible but may present differences with respect to the products, in particular with regard to the colors. Pillivuyt is not responsible for color inconsistencies in digital representations of the products.
Refunds will be issued via the customer's original form of payment. Refunds may be provided for out of stock items, returned items in compliance with our Return Policy, items damaged during shipping, or defective items evaluated and approved by Pillivuyt that have been reported within 30 days of purchase. The customer must provide supporting details, such as return tracking information and photo evidence to be eligible for a refund. In some cases a replacement will be shipped at Pillivuyt's expense in lieu of a refund.
