Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any issues with your order.
If you are not satisfied with your order, we can accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
| Return Process |
1. Within 30 days of purchase, notify us of the issue at email@example.com.
2. After receiving a confirmation email from us, returns can be shipped back to our warehouse: Pillivuyt USA Inc., c/o Leman USA, 1860 Renaissance Blvd, Sturtevant, WI 53177 *Please include a copy of your original packing slip with your return*
3. If applicable, send tracking information to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can monitor the status of your return shipment.
4. Once the product has been received in new, unused condition, we will issue a refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds cannot be issued for:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after the date of purchase.
| Exchanges/Replacements |
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. Please email photos and a description of the defect or damages along with your order information to email@example.com to arrange for replacements.
